Pest Control For Offices, Retail And Warehouses

Rodents, ants and occasional invaders, plus the birds and wildlife that come with loading docks and flat roofs.

Locally Owned And Operated · Licensed And Insured · Integrated Pest Management · Service Documentation For Every Visit · Same-Week Response

Offices and warehouses don’t usually have a food problem, they have a door problem: loading docks that stay open, dock seals that leak, break rooms nobody cleans on Friday, and flat roofs that give birds and squirrels a place to live. Most of what we handle in these buildings is rodents, ants and occasional invaders, and most of it is prevented by exterior stations, sealed entry points and a technician walking the building on a schedule.

How it works

What the program includes

Exterior rodent stations around the perimeter and dock areas; interior inspection of break rooms, storage, mechanical rooms and drop ceilings; entry-point treatment and sealing recommendations; and a service log after every visit for your facilities file. Service is scheduled around your operating hours so it doesn’t slow anything down.

Birds, squirrels and raccoons on commercial buildings

Pigeons on a loading dock, starlings in a sign cabinet, raccoons over a warehouse roof. We remove them humanely, seal the entry, and clean what they left behind. If you’re on a service plan we’re already walking the building, so this usually gets caught early. See bird control and wildlife exclusion.

Warehouses and stored-product pests

Anything that receives or stores product is exposed to stored-product pests and rodents riding in on pallets. We’ll set up monitoring at receiving and tell you what we see before it reaches inventory.
