Mosquito & Tick Control
Monthly yard treatments, April through October, so you can actually use your yard.
What we do about it
Mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas turn a good yard into one nobody wants to use. Mosquitoes need standing water to breed — even a birdbath or clogged gutter is enough — while ticks favor shaded, tall grass and fleas settle into soil and shady spots where pets rest. Beyond the itching, mosquitoes and ticks both carry real health risks, which is why a yard problem is worth treating like more than a summer inconvenience.
How it works
Inspect
We find what's active, where it's coming from, and what's attracting it.
Treat
Targeted treatment at the source, using Integrated Pest Management, not blanket spraying.
Protect
Seal, monitor and follow up. Unlimited callbacks for covered pests on a plan.
What to know
Targeting where they actually breed
We inspect for standing water, shaded and overgrown areas, and the landscaping features — dense shrubs, wood piles, drainage patterns — that create ideal breeding conditions. Treatment targets not just adult insects but eggs and larvae, since knocking back the visible population without addressing what’s reproducing underneath means it comes right back after the next rain.
A seasonal program, not a one-time spray
Mosquito, tick, and flea populations respond to weather and rainfall, so this isn’t usually a one-visit fix — consistent treatment through the season is what actually keeps a yard usable. Our seasonal program runs monthly from April through October, timed to the Central Jersey and Bucks County tick and mosquito cycle. It can be added to the Essential or Comprehensive service plan or booked on its own.
Simple changes help too: adjusting irrigation, trimming dense vegetation, and clearing standing water between visits.
Covered by our service plans
Most of what’s on this page is covered under our Essential plan from $50/month, or our Comprehensive plan from $65/month with rodent and stinging-insect coverage. Both include unlimited callbacks between visits.
Frequently asked questions
Why does professional treatment work better than store-bought yard spray?
Store-bought products mostly kill adults on contact but rarely reach eggs or larvae hiding in shaded, moist areas. We target the full life cycle and assess drainage, landscaping, and moisture conditions that are feeding the problem at its source — not just the surface.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Most properties see a real drop in adult activity within a few days. Full results can take a couple of weeks, especially with multiple breeding areas or recent rain, since these pests reproduce quickly enough that timing matters.
Can this actually keep them from coming back?
Ongoing maintenance is what makes the difference — no yard is pest-free forever, but regular treatment plus practical changes (trimming vegetation, clearing standing water, keeping lawns from staying damp) meaningfully cuts the odds of reinfestation through the season.
Can I add mosquito and tick service to my plan?
Yes. It’s a seasonal add-on to either the Essential or Comprehensive plan, or a standalone program if you’re not on a plan. Call and we’ll price it for your yard.
