Commercial Pest Control For Central New Jersey & Bucks County Businesses
Scheduled service, documented visits, and a real person who picks up the phone when something shows up between them.
Locally Owned And Operated · Licensed And Insured · Integrated Pest Management · Service Documentation For Every Visit · Same-Week Response
A mouse in a dining room. Ants behind the prep line. Roaches in a tenant’s kitchen that somehow become your problem by Friday. When you’re running a business, a pest issue isn’t a chore, it’s a risk to your inspection score, your reviews, your lease, and your staff’s patience. That’s why most of our commercial customers don’t call us when something goes wrong. They’re on a schedule, so it rarely gets that far.
Fuessel Pest handles commercial pest control across Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset counties in New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania: restaurants and food service, apartment buildings and HOAs, offices, retail, warehouses and light industrial. We’re locally owned, which means the person quoting your account is the same one you’ll be able to reach when you need us, and there’s no call center between you and a technician.
How commercial service works
It starts with a walkthrough, not a price sheet. Every building has its own pressure points: the back door that never quite closes, the dumpster corral, the drop ceiling over the kitchen, the units nobody has been inside in a year. We inspect the property, identify what’s active and what’s likely, and put together a service plan sized to the building instead of a generic checklist. From there, you get:
Scheduled visits that fit the property
Food service typically runs monthly; offices and multifamily common areas often run monthly or every other month. We'll recommend a cadence and explain why.
A written record of every visit
What we found, what we treated, where, and with what. If a health inspector or auditor asks for your pest log, you have it.
Callbacks at no extra charge
Same policy as our residential plans. If a covered pest shows up between visits, we come back.
Exterior and interior coverage
Bait stations, entry-point treatment, monitoring where it makes sense, and interior work scheduled around your hours.
Straight advice on what only you can fix
Door sweeps, drain maintenance, storage off the floor, dumpster placement. We'll tell you what we see.
Who we work with
Restaurants and food service
Roaches, flies, rodents and stored-product pests are the four that end careers in this business. We treat kitchens, prep areas, dry storage, dining rooms, and the loading and dumpster areas that feed the problem, and we keep the documentation that inspectors expect to see.
Property managers, apartments and HOAs
One provider for common areas, exteriors, vacant units and tenant complaints, with a single point of contact and reporting you can forward to ownership. Bed bug and roach work in occupied units is handled discreetly and scheduled with your tenants.
Offices, retail, warehouses and light industrial
Mostly rodents, ants and occasional invaders, plus the birds and wildlife that come with loading docks and flat roofs. Service is built around your operating hours so it doesn’t slow anything down.
Wildlife in commercial buildings
Raccoons over a loading dock, pigeons in the rafters, squirrels in a storefront ceiling. It’s the same team, the same phone number, and the same approach: find how they’re getting in, get them out humanely, seal the entry, clean up what they left behind. If you’re on a commercial service plan, we’re already walking the building, so this usually gets caught before it becomes a story.
Why local matters for a commercial account
National providers are fine until you need to change something. A different day. A different tech. A call back this afternoon because there’s a walkthrough tomorrow. With us, you’re talking to the people who own the company and live in the same towns your customers do. Rudy has driven out on a Sunday for a customer more than once. That’s not a policy. It’s just how this business gets run.
Commercial FAQ
Do you require a contract for commercial service?
We put the service plan in writing so everyone knows what’s covered and how often we’re there. Ask us about term length when we quote; we’d rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
How fast can you get to us if something shows up between visits?
Usually within a day or two, and faster when it’s a food-service emergency or an inspection is coming. Call the office directly; you won’t be routed through a queue.
Will you give us documentation for health inspections or audits?
Yes. Every visit is logged with what we found and what we did. That log is yours.
Can you service occupied apartments without disrupting tenants?
Yes. We coordinate scheduling and notices with your management office, and technicians are discreet in occupied units. Bed bug and roach work in multifamily is something we do regularly.
Do you handle both pests and wildlife?
Yes, and that’s the point. Most commercial providers do one or the other, so you end up with two vendors and a gap between them. We’re one call for both.
What areas do you cover?
Trenton, Princeton, Hamilton, Lawrence, Ewing, the Windsors, Hopewell, Pennington, Robbinsville, Plainsboro, Monroe, Montgomery, Hillsborough, Franklin, and North and South Brunswick, plus Bucks County, PA. If your property is in Central NJ or just over the river, we’re close.
Request a commercial quote
Tell us what kind of property you have and what you’re dealing with, and we’ll schedule a walkthrough and put a quote together.
Prefer to talk it through?
Call and ask for Rudy.
