Termite Protection Plan & Inspections

Annual inspection and warranty renewal, plus inspection reports for home sales.

What we do about it

Getting rid of termites is one job. Making sure they don’t come back is the one that actually protects the house. Subterranean termites are part of the soil in Central New Jersey and Bucks County — they don’t go away, they just go somewhere else until the conditions are right again. A protection plan turns termite control from a one-time emergency into a yearly check that catches new activity before it costs anything.

Termite control and treatment services

How it works

Inspect

We find what's active, where it's coming from, and what's attracting it.

Treat

Targeted treatment at the source, using Integrated Pest Management, not blanket spraying.

Protect

Seal, monitor and follow up. Unlimited callbacks for covered pests on a plan.

What to know

What the protection plan includes

An annual inspection of the structure, foundation and monitoring stations by a technician who knows what early activity looks like; maintenance of the monitoring stations placed after your initial treatment; and a renewable warranty so that if termites do show up, retreatment is covered rather than billed.

It’s also available as an add-on to the Comprehensive Rodent & Pest Defense Plan, which already mentions optional termite monitoring — this is that option, spelled out.

Termite inspections for buying or selling a home

Most real estate closings in Central Jersey and Bucks County require a termite / wood-destroying insect inspection. We provide the inspection and the written report buyers, sellers, agents and lenders need, on a schedule that works with your closing date. If we find activity, we’ll quote the treatment and, where it makes sense, the protection plan so the new owner starts with a warranty in place.

Agents: if you have a closing coming up, call the office directly and we’ll get it on the calendar.

Why an annual check is worth it here

Older housing stock near the historic centers of Trenton, Princeton, Hopewell and Bordentown, humid summers, and wood-to-soil contact around decks and porches all favor subterranean termites. Damage is slow, hidden and expensive. A yearly inspection is the cheapest insurance in pest control.

Covered by our service plans

Most of what’s on this page is covered under our Essential plan from $50/month, or our Comprehensive plan from $65/month with rodent and stinging-insect coverage. Both include unlimited callbacks between visits.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, if the warranty has lapsed. Liquid treatments wear down over time and bait stations only work if someone is checking them. An annual inspection picks up new activity while it’s still small.

Usually within a few days. Call the office with the address and closing date and we’ll fit it in.

The warranty covers retreatment. Whether damage repair is included depends on the plan terms — ask us and we’ll explain exactly what’s covered before you sign anything.
