Termite Exterminator

With termites, the sooner we look, the less there usually is to fix.

What we do about it

Termites do their worst work quietly. They feed on cellulose — wood, paper, even drywall — and by the time you see the visible signs (discarded wings, hollow-sounding wood, mud tubes along the foundation), the damage underneath is often already significant. That’s what makes early inspection worth far more here than with most other pests.

Termite control and treatment services

How it works

Inspect

We find what's active, where it's coming from, and what's attracting it.

Treat

Targeted treatment at the source, using Integrated Pest Management, not blanket spraying.

Protect

Seal, monitor and follow up. Unlimited callbacks for covered pests on a plan.

What to know

Finding out what you're dealing with

Subterranean termites build underground tunnel networks and are treated at the source with soil-based methods; drywood termites live directly inside the wood itself and need treatment that penetrates without compromising the structure. Knowing which one you have changes the entire plan, so every job starts with identifying the species and mapping how far the activity extends — not assuming.

Protection that holds up over time

We offer both pre-treatment for new construction (a protective barrier applied before the foundation goes in) and post-treatment for existing structures with a history of activity. After active treatment, we install discreet monitoring stations so if a new colony tries to start, it’s caught early rather than found after real damage is done. Moisture, nearby vegetation, and soil contact with wood framing all influence where termites settle, so part of our job is flagging those conditions, not just treating what’s already there.

Want that protection to stay in place year after year? See our Termite Protection Plan & Inspections.

Covered by our service plans

Most of what’s on this page is covered under our Essential plan from $50/month, or our Comprehensive plan from $65/month with rodent and stinging-insect coverage. Both include unlimited callbacks between visits.

Frequently asked questions

Soft spots in wood, faint clicking sounds inside walls, thin mud tubes along a foundation, or discarded wings near windows and baseboards after a swarm. These signs can look minor, but termites typically cause real damage from the inside before it’s visible — which is exactly why a professional inspection matters even for small clues.

Pre-treatment is applied during construction, creating a protective soil barrier before the foundation is in place. Post-treatment reinforces that protection after construction, or after an existing infestation, and eliminates any remaining activity. Together they provide long-term coverage for both new and older structures.

Sometimes — burrowing animals can disturb soil barriers, and nesting birds or small mammals can introduce moisture that attracts termites. Part of a thorough inspection is looking at those surrounding conditions, since managing them alongside the termites themselves creates more durable protection.
